Scenario
A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes two friends and anyone who gets in his way on Halloween… David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to audition for Art The Clown after Mike Giannelli retired from the role and acting altogether. During the audition, he began imitating tasting the blood of his beheaded victim, but then added salt to make it taste better.

In the shots where Tara is taped, the tape clearly has no contact with her lower mouth in some earlier shots, while in other shots it is tight around both of her lips. everything else is just old hat
There is a heavily edited version on YouTube that removes the graphic violence and blood, as well as the nudity. Scary 2 (2022). I will try written and implemented thanks.
Up until the moment when Tara and Dawn are kidnapped, the film works fairly well
Overrated "Terrifier" is a horror film with a promising and funny beginning, in which the alcoholic Dawn acts as a fool and the clown accepts the stupidity. However, when Victoria drops her sister and Dawn off, she hears that there is a serial killer in the area. But even as he realizes the dangerous situation, he begins to adopt a series of very stupid clichéd attitudes that culminate in a terrible conclusion.
