Main Title (Uncredited) Written and Performed by Ramin Djawadi. Seasons 1-4 were pretty much perfect, not much to say. There were so many great moments, so many great episodes there. But then… well, the writers ran out of books to adapt.
And then ofc
Seasons 5 and 6 were pretty boring most of the time. But they really had their moments with some of the show’s best episodes, too. In season 7 you could really see the decline in quality. It all felt so rushed, most of it was really stupid. Season 8 is the biggest disappointment I have ever seen.
Everything felt even more rushed
I have never seen anything more terrible. The ending was the stupidest thing I have ever seen. All the characters were just so stupid. And all the characters were pretty much ruined because of the writing. Overall I still give it a 9/10 just for the first half of the show.
And it still often had its moments
I would still consider this show a masterpiece and recommend it 100%. It really is a show worth watching.
